My Candle was broken during delivery, what do I do?

Oh, no! We’re very sorry to hear that!

If you have received a broken candle, don’t panic!

Once you’ve taken a few pictures of the candle, please contact us with your Order Number and any additional details you feel are relevant. A picture of the package also helps us to avoid this in the future!

We will reply as soon as possible about a replacement or refund.
